In today's changing environment, physician groups are created daily. The most common questions in this space are "do we have enough providers? "and "are our providers of the right mix (specialties) to make our practice more beneficial to the care of our patients?"

Before we can address those questions, we first need to assess the group with our proprietary software,  provide a comprehensive document which will highlight the services that we feel should be provided (based on the provider mix) and create a financial projection based on current insurance reimbursements. We will then provide a complete report sharing the strengths and potential pitfalls of a potential project.

After the organization reviews the data, and decides to move forward, we will locate, design and construct the agreed upon service. We will build, hire qualified staff and obtain required State and Federal licensing. Once the facility is fully certified and ready to be operated, it will be turned back over to the group.
